CDM project
This project seeks to analyze the feasibility of utilizing clean development mechanism (CDM) projects in Korea and provide related information efficiently so that the foundation for responding to the Kyoto mechanism can be laid down for the industrial world and activate domestic greenhouse gas reduction projects.

CDM project procedure
As of the end of December 2008, a total of 1,293 CDM projects were approved by the CDM execution committee, and 240,047,000 CERs were issued annually; a total of 1,414,739,000 CERs are expected to be issued by 2012. Our country has 21 CDM projects registered with UNFCCC.
